| Neighbourdoc* is ONLY a doctors appointment site. It does not operate any hospitals services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of doctors in a particular area, it has tied up with many doctors. |

Neighbourdoc* advice to customers is to choose doctors they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with. |

Patient must book an appointment before *2 hours, otherwise that appointment will not be considered. |
|
Customer must carry *NID, *EMAIL ID and *PATIENT NAME to hospital. |
|
Time slot allotted to the patient will be minimum of 20 min. Say, if patient is allotted a time slot between 9.00 – 9.30, that doesn’t mean patient will enter into doctor’s room at 9.00 and come out at 9.30. But patient will enter within that 30 minutes of time. |
| Neighbourdoc* responsibilities include: |

Issuing a time slot ( a time slot that will be accepted by doctor ) for customers to meet a doctor on time. |

Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience. |
| Neighbourdoc responsibilities do NOT include: |
|
If the treatment of doctor is not up to customers expectations. |
|
If customer does not reach on time to hospital. |
|
If customer does not provide us complete and correct information. |
